Policies:
HOURS OF OPERATION: Tuscany MedSpa is open Monday through Friday 9a.m. to 7p.m. and Saturday 8a.m. to 4p.m. We are closed on Sunday.
SCHEDULING: We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service are available. Appointments can be scheduled with the reception desk by calling 520-202-2055. When booking services, a major credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Consultations are $45 and can be applied towards your first service.
ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxing experience at Tuscany MedSpa. Late arrival will result in your service time being limited.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: We require cancellations to be made with at least a 24 hour notice before the time of your scheduled appointment. We realize emergencies occur, however, we have the right to determine whether we will apply the cancellation fee of $50 to your credit card on file.
NO-SHOW POLICIY: If your arrival time is 15 minutes or later than your scheduled appointment, this will result in a $50 no-show charge and your service must be rescheduled. No-shows will be charged $50. PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notification. Discounts are available for package pricing on all of our services. Please ask for more details.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: VISA, MasterCard, Personal checks, and cash are acceptable forms of payment. Payment is due upon receipt of services provided or when purchasing prepackaged services. Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: Tuscany MedSpa offers each guest the opportunity to relax in a tranquil setting. We appreciate you turning off your cell phone, speaking quietly while in the spa, and finding care for children and pets prior to your appointment.
PERSONAL VALUABLES: Please leave your valuables at home. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal property.
RETURN POLICY ON PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: It is not always possible to predict how the skin will respond to skin care products. Tuscany MedSpa accepts the return or exchange of unopened, undamaged products within thirty days of the original purchase with a receipt. A container is considered to be open if the safety seal is broken and may not be returned or exchanged. There will be no refunds on rendered services or prepaid services. Prepaid services that have not been rendered can be transferred to a gift card and used on any of Tuscany MedSpa’s products or services.
GIFT CARDS: Customized gift cards make an ideal gift for any occasion and can be used towards any merchandise, treatment, program or package that Tuscany MedSpa offers. Tuscany MedSpa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Card is redeemable for merchandise and services only. Unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
