Below is the full text of the article: Tuscany MedSpa offers clients state-of-the-art technology and services that will pamper, provide relaxation and renew the spirit
By Tonja Greenfield By offering state-of-the-art technology, Tuscany MedSpa can provide its patients with services that will pamper, relax, and renew themselves. Chris and Annette Jones started a business that specialized in medical laser technology called Quanta Technologies, in September 1994. About two and half years ago, they were heavily involved with aesthetic technology and thought, why can’t we have our own facility. In October 2006, they formalized a concept for their own facility that would combine the latest technology with clinical experience. Dr. Laura Miller, a Naturopathic Medical Doctor, was hired at the beginning of 2007. With a physician on staff Tuscany Med- Spa can offer more advanced treatments and procedures than a traditional spa. Tuscany MedSpa provides clients with a wide variety of laser services, including acne treatments, skin tag removal, permanent hair reduction, tattoo removal, vascular lesion and vein removal, and skin rejuvenation, and cosmetic procedures like Botox. Priding itself on being ahead of the curve, Tuscany MedSpa is equipped with a miXto laser. This CO2 fractional laser is only used in Tucson at Tuscany MedSpa. Chris Jones said this laser provides the clinical results, without all of the down time for the patient. Tuscany MedSpa is the only place in Arizona that offers its client new technology called Beau-Visage. This imaging technology was only introduced in the United States one year ago. Pictures of the client are taken which reveals two millimeters deep into the tissue of the face. This technology helps the client pin-point problem areas, and after treatments begin, the client can see the improvement being made. Tuscany MedSpa not only offers cosmetic and medical procedures, but they also offer botox, acupuncture, facials, microdermabrasion, dermal fillers Restylane and Radiesse, nutritional counseling, bio-identical hormones for menopause and PMS symptoms, and massages. They have both a male and female massage therapist to fi t the clients needs. Layna Genewick, who is a licensed aesthetician, performs the facials and microdermabrasion. The facility celebrated its grand opening in May. “We offer services to pamper people – relaxation and renew themselves,” Annette Jones said. Bare Escentuals is a make-up line offered at Tuscany MedSpa. The products are made with pure crushed minerals. Free “makeunders” are offered. Tuscany MedSpa offers a free skin analysis and free consultations.
